  • President Donald Trump said Friday that the US government would not deliver a coronavirus vaccine to New York as soon as one is available
  • He said this is because New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo does not trust where the vaccine is coming from, so would not be given doses of the vaccine until he is ready
  • However, in response to the President's comments, Cuomo said none of what Trump said was true
  • He added that Trump's comments were not about New York not being ready for a vaccine, but about Trump's personal issues with him and the state
  • Shortly after Trump's comments, New York Attorney General Letitia James issued a statement threatening to sue Trump if a vaccine is not delivered to the state once one is available
